We offer you a comprehensive service of maintaining cleanliness. We begin to prepare an offer for you by defining the range of the basic cleaning service, and then widen it to include specialised services to suit your needs.
Specialized jobs
Our services are carried out with the use of state-of-the-art technologies, high-tech equipment and ecological cleaning agents. In our work we use our many years' experience and the experience we gained through cooperating with the International Cleaning Association (ISSA) and the Polish Cleaning Association (PSC).
The module structure of services we offer enables us to find optimal relations between the range of work and the cost of services provided.

Property
protection
Our services are provided under the licence No. 0657/00 of
11 May 2000 granted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
and Administration.
We offer our clients the following services:
- security services of buildings and properties (offices,
industrial companies, building sites)
- technical protection, including designing and installing
security alarm systems as well as designing and installing
monitoring systems.
Property protection services are provided by qualified,
licensed workers with years of experience in property
security. We prepare the documentation of the building to
be protected in close cooperation with you, which ensures
that the security service will meet your expectations.
Recommendation of the Polish Association of Employers and
the European Medal for Property Protection confirm a high
quality and effectiveness of services provided.

Annual mainetance of outdoor areas
We
care for aesthetic values and outdoor image of your
company through a comprehensive service of the surrounding
area.
Annual maintenance of pavements, parking sites and access
roads is carried out by personnel at your disposal who are
equipped with specialist machines.
We can also create and care of the unique image of the
green areas surrounding your building. We design, create
and maintain green areas which have a significant
influence on the pleasant and friendly character of the
company grounds.

Technical service
Within the integrated package of services, we offer our clients a
professional technical service in the building, which guarantees its long
exploitation.
The package includes the current inspection of technical condition of the
building and repairs of:
- water supply and sewage system
- wiring system
- locksmith's and carpenter's
- minor/major damage
Services are carried out by qualified maintenance technicians. We get
information about necessary repairs during regular maintenance inspections in
the building and through direct calls from our clients. |
Administrating
The range of services includes the following:
- supervision of technical condition of the building
- supervision of services provided in the building
- keeping files
- making money statements
- other activities connected with administration of the
property, according to legal regulations in force.

Ecological Office service is offered to our regular clients. It is a package for
